If you have money in your Xe account, you have two options:
Set up a new transfer and use the money in your account to pay for it.
Send the money back to your bank account.
How to send the money to your bank account
You’ll need to log in to your Xe account on the website - this can’t be done from the app.
If you’d like to send the money to yourself in the same currency, follow these steps:
- Go to Payments & Balances.
- In the Balances tab, choose the currency you want to send.
- Click on Make a payment.
- Choose Existing recipient if your details are already saved.
- If not, go to Recipients from the main menu, add your bank details (they must be in your name), then return to Payments to complete your transfer.
- Select a Reason for payment from the dropdown box
- Tick Full amount to transfer your entire balance.
- Click Add, then follow the on-screen prompts to Confirm your transfer.
