Follow the steps below to update the email address for your Xe account.

Sign in to your account Xe.com or in the app

On the website, click on the Profile icon followed by Settings. In the app, click on the Profile icon followed by View profile.

Click on the pencil icon next to Email

Confirm that you would like to change your email
- Enter your new email and click Save in the app or Update on the website
- We’ll send a verification code to your new email address
- Finally, log back in with your new email address to complete the process
