Changing your address on our mobile app
Follow these steps to change your address:
- Open the Xe app on your mobile phone
- Click the person icon, located in the top-left of the screen
- Then proceed to sign in and follow the 2-Factor Authentication stages to do this.
- You'll be redirected to the previous page, where you should see your name at the top of the screen
- Click View Profile and then find Your Address
- From here, you can click the pencil icon to edit your address
- Once you've entered your new details, click save at the bottom of the page
- You should see a pop-up on your page confirming the change, and you'll also receive an email or push notification to confirm your new details
We recommend using the Xe app for the simplest way to change your details. Click the relevant app store below to download it to your device.

Follow these steps to change your address
- Head to the Xe website and sign in to your money transfer account
- Go to My Account in the top-right corner, and from the drop-down list select Contact Details
- Scroll down the page to Address, and click the green button labelled Edit Address
- Enter your new address
- Click Save Address
- You'll see an acknowledgement message in the address field, followed by an email or push notification confirming the change on your account
