How do I get my money back?

If your account is active, you can sign in to your account on the Xe website to manage your balance. Please note that you will not be able to view or manage your unclaimed funds in the Xe app. Learn how you can manage your balance.

If your account is closed, or you no longer have access to it, please contact our Care team for help.

If the deadline for claiming your unclaimed funds has passed, you will need to contact the agency listed in the communication you received. Please note that it may take some time for your funds to become available to them.

No, this is not a scam. We appreciate that receiving unexpected letters or emails can be worrying.

How long do I have to claim these funds?

Please review your letter to confirm what date your claim needs to be completed by.

Any funds remaining in your account after the cut-off date will be reported to the agency listed in your letter, and claims may be filed with them as soon as they are available on their website.
