You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time, either in the app or in your online account.
Unsubscribe from an email we've sent:
- Open your most recent email from us (from Xe@Service.Xe.com)
- At the bottom of the email, click the Unsubscribe hyperlink to opt out of future communications
Unsubscribe in your account on the app or online
Unsubscribe in the Xe app:
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen
- If you're not signed in, please sign in now
- Click on Settings and then choose Notifications
- Scroll down to the Email marketing section at the bottom of the screen
- Unsubscribe from our marketing emails by moving the toggle next to Email from green to grey
Unsubscribe in your account online:
- Head to Xe.com and log in to your account
- Click the Profile icon and then select Settings to access your details.
- You'll see Notifications at the bottom of the screen.
- Slide the toggle next to Email from green to grey to unsubscribe from marketing emails
Please note: you'll still receive updates about the status of your transfers if you opt out of our marketing communications. |
