Here's how to reset your Xe password and get back in to your account.
- On the sign in screen and click Forgot password
- Enter the email address you use to log in to your Xe account. We’ll send a verification code to this email address.
- If you haven't received an email from us, check your spam or junk folder and that you entered your email address correctly, before refreshing your inbox.
- Enter the verification code
- Enter a new password
- Complete two-factor authentication to log in to your account
