To make sure that you receive our emails, this article shows you how to unblock our email address and to make add us to the safe senders list in your BT internet email account.
How to unblock our email address:
- Log onto your email account
- Click on your username and then click Settings
- Choose Mail > Blocked Senders
- Click on our email address, tick the box and select Delete
How to add our email address to the safe senders list:
- From the Settings tab, select the Safe senders folder and click on the Add button
- Add the email address you want to mark as safe and click Save
- After a confirmation message the email address will be added to your list of safe senders
Adding our email to your safe senders list means that they'll never end up in your Spam folder.
