You can track your cash pickup transfer in the Xe app and in your account on the website.

To track your cash pickup transfer in the app:

1. Open the Activity screen in the app
2. Click on the transfer you want to track to see its status and timeline

To track your cash pickup transfer on the Xe website:

1. In your Xe account, click on the Activity screen
2. Choose the transfer you're tracking and click Details where you'll see your cash pickup Timeline

You can edit your transfer here - as long as it has not been collected by your recipient.
