To collect their money, your recipient must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. This is a strict requirement to keep both you and your money safe.
If your recipient’s ID is expired, they'll need to provide another example — like a passport. Their name and details must still match exactly.
If your recipient does not have a valid ID you will need to cancel this transfer.
