To pick up a cash transfer, the recipient needs to bring their photo ID and the transfer's unique PIN (personal identification number).
Your recipients ID must be valid, government-issued and it needs to match the name on the transfer.
- If the name doesn’t exactly match, the name on the transfer will need to be changed
- If their ID is expired, they’ll need to provide another valid form — like a passport
You do not have to give any details about yourself to the recipient. Xe should never be used to send money to businesses or people you don’t know.
