Different send and recipient limits are in place, depending on the currency you have and the currency your recipient will receive.
The best way to check these limits is to start a transfer - that way you know you're getting the right information for your specific transfer.
On the Send money page in the Xe app or in your account on Xe.com:
- Choose the country you're sending money to
- Enter the amount you're sending or how much you want your recipient to receive
- If cash pickup shows as a delivery option, your transfer is within the send and recipient limits
If you can't choose cash pickup as a delivery option, it means that cash pickup isn't available for your transfer. Either choose a different delivery option or adjust the amount you're sending.
