Find the PIN on your contract note
Your contract note is your agreement with us. It’s what some people may refer to as a receipt for your transaction.
If you're a United States user, we’ll email this to you once you’ve completed your order and it will contain all the details of your money transfer.
All other users can access their contract note by choosing their transfer on the Track screen, pressing the information icon and selecting Download PDF.
The PIN can be found in the Cash Pickup Details section of the contract note.
