Who can use Apple Pay?
Customers in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA can use Apple Pay.
Which currencies are available?
You can pay with Apple Pay in AUD if you're a customer in Australia, CAD or USD if you're a customer in Canada, NZD if you're a customer in New Zealand, and USD if you're a customer in the USA.
How do I pay with Apple Pay?
- Start your transfer and choose Apple Pay as your payment method
- Add your recipient
- When you reach the Transfer summary screen, hit Pay
- On the Apple Pay screen, your default card will be selected. Click on the arrow next to your default card if you want to choose a different one.
- Review and confirm your payment
- Once you've made payment, you'll return to the Xe app. You can track your transfer in Activity.
What fees will I pay?
The fees will depend on whether you use a credit or debit card to pay in your Apple Wallet.
- We'll show you the fees for a credit card and debit card on on the 'How would you like to pay?' screen. You can change your payment method at this stage if you'd like to.
- On the Transfer summary screen you'll see the maximum fee you'll pay.
- On the Apple Pay screen, click on the Pay Xe section to check the fees that apply for your card type.
- If you have multiple card types in your wallet, click the arrow next to your default card to choose a different one.
What is the payment limit for Apple Pay?
The limit depends on the type of card you choose in your Apple Wallet and where you live.
