Keep in mind, your recipient will need to bring a few essentials with them to pick up the money.

Our Location Finder tool can be found in the app once you've booked a cash transfer, or on the web.

Please note: Our web Location Finder tool is only informational. You'll need to check the app to see whether your specific transfer is eligible for cash pickup.

Using the Location Finder on the app

1. Before you confirm your transfer, you'll be taken to the review screen where you can check the details of your payment
2. On the review screen, select See locations
3. You'll be taken to the Location Finder page
4. Here, you can search for a specific location using the search bar or swipe the screen to move around the map
5. Locations are listed at the bottom of the screen as well as on pins on the map
6. Click on a location to see more information, such as opening times and contact details

Using the Location Finder on the website

1. Head to xe.com/locations/
2. Use the search bar on the left to search for a specific location or click and drag the screen to move around the map
3. Locations are listed in the left sidebar as well as on pins on the map
