You can cancel your Xe Insights subscription in your account.
- Login to your Xe Insights account and choose Billing from the Xe Account dropdown:
- Underneath the plan type you want, click either the Downgrade or Upgrade buttons:
- On the Manage Subscriptions screen, click on your current plan:
- Click Edit Subscription:
- Next to your current plan type, click Change:
- If you want to change your plan, click on the play type drop down and select the new plan you'd like:
- Choose your billing frequency (yearly or monthly):
- Click Update. This will save your preferences, but your subscription will not update. You must click Update Preferences for your subscription changes to be made:
- You'll see confirmation of your changes on screen and when you return to Billing on the Xe Insights dashboard
