You can cancel your Xe Insights subscription in your account.
- Login to your Xe Insights account and choose Billing from the Xe Account dropdown:
- Click the Downgrade trial button underneath your plan:
- On the Manage Subscriptions screen, click on your plan type:
- Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen:
- Enter the reason you're cancelling your subscription and click Confirm Cancellation
- You'll have access to your Xe Insights account until the end of your current billing period. You'll see the date that your subscription will be cancelled on after you've confirmed cancellation:
- If you change your mind and decide to keep your subscription, you can follow these steps at any point up until your cancellation date and click Remove scheduled cancellation to maintain your subscription.
