Check the status of your transfer, or take an action to get it moving, in the app or in your online account.
Track your transfer in the app
- Open the Activity screen
- Click on your transfer to see its status and timeline
Track your transfer in your online account
- Open the Activity screen
- Click Details, Share or Resend to view your transfer or take an action
Ask Lexi to track your transfer
- Click the blue 'Chat with us' button in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen
- Enter your contract number (it begins with a 'C' and looks like this C12345678)
- Don't worry if you can't find it, you can choose the transfer you want to track from your last 5 transfers
- Lexi will give you a transfer status update
With your transfer open (either on the app or online) you can:
- View the timeline for your transfer
- Make a change to your transfer (depending on its status)
- Get our bank details and pay by bank transfer
- Upload additional information, when required
- Repeat a completed transfer
