Once you confirm your money transfer, you'll see the expected payment date. This is an estimate of the earliest time your payment can be sent and not a guarantee. If your money is delayed more than 24 hours beyond the expected date and you’re concerned, please contact us.
The time it takes to deliver your money to your recipient will depend on the route it takes, the currencies you're converting from and to (currency pairs) and the payment method selected

Stage one: Receiving your money
The first is the simple process of us receiving your money. The timescales for this depend on the payment method you selected. While some transfers can take just minutes to reach us and clear (i.e. debit card), others can take a little longer to arrive with us and may need to go through a clearance cycle.
Please note: If speed is important to you, we'd always recommend settling with us via card, because we typically receive the payment immediately. |
Stage two: Clearing your funds
Your funds must have cleared with us before your payment can be sent on to the recipient.
These funds need to have been cleared before our daily cut-off point. If we don’t receive and clear your funds before this time, your transfer might be delayed.
Stage three: Sending your money
Once we've received and cleared your funds, we can then send them on. We’ll email you to let you know we’ve done this. The amount of time it takes for your payment to reach the recipient account is typically between 1-4 working days and can depend on the efficiency of your recipient's bank.
