Tracking your transfer
You can track your business transfers in your online account:
- Open the Activity screen
- Click Details, Share or Resend to view your transfer or take an action
Transfer statuses
Statuses tell you what's happening with your transfer at each stage. Here's what each one means:
In progress
- We're working on delivering your transfer to your recipient. This normally takes between 3 and 5 working days.
Waiting for funds
- If you're paying by bank or wire transfer, you'll see this status until your money reaches our account
- You'll find our bank details in your contract note and by clicking Details in the Activity section of your online account
Change in progress
- We've received your request to edit your transfer and your changes are underway
Pending cancellation
- We're cancelling your transfer. Keep an eye on the Activity section of your account for confirmation that your transfer's been cancelled.
Cancelled
- You may have asked us to cancel your transfer and sometimes we have to cancel transfers. You can see the most common reasons that we cancel transfers here.
- We'll refund the account used to make the payment. You can view our refund timeframes here.
Completed
- Your transfer's been delivered! Click your transfer to see the details or to send it again.
