We send your money when we receive your payment. Whether you pay by direct debit or bank / wire transfer, it takes up to 4 business days for your payment to reach us.
Once we’ve received your money, please allow 1 to 4 business days for your transfer to reach your recipient, depending on the currency and destination country of your transfer.
