If your transfer has been sent but your recipient hasn't received it yet, the money may be being processed by their bank. This can take between 1 and 4 days. Unfortunately it's out of our control.

Recipients sometimes check their account for payments from your company. When you transfer money with us, the sender is Xe or one of our partners. It’s worth asking your recipient to double check their account for these sender details.
