You’ll find our bank details in your contract note. We’ll send your contract note to the email address registered to your business account once your transfer has been confirmed.
To view your contract note in your account:
- Log in to your account and open the Transactions tab
- Click the blue contract reference number (it starts with C and looks like this C12345678)
- On the next page, click the blue contract reference number again. Your contract note will open.
- You’ll find our payment details in the Payment required from you section.
Some customers in the UK and Europe
| Some customers in the UK and in Europe have access to their account on the new version of our website. If you're one of these customers, please follow these steps to open your contract note: |
- In the Activity screen, click Details next to the transfer
- Click on the Details tab (next to the Timeline tab)
- Click Download receipt at the bottom of the screen to view your contract note
