Business users that would like to request an increase to your ACH or EFT send limit, you'll need to have successfully completed transfers with us first.
We'll need some documents from you before we can confirm your increase. What documents we need will depend on the type of limit you're requesting.
- Permanent increases will need to be supported by bank statements from the last 3 months.
- One-time increases will need to be supported by a screenshot of your online bank account showing the date/time stamp, sufficient funds, the last 4 digits of the account and/or the name of the account holder.
In addition to these documents, we'll also need some basic information about the transfer you're looking to make. Please also tell us:
- How much you are looking to send
- The purpose of the payment
- Who you are paying
- Your relationship to the recipient
- If you have sent money to this recipient before
Send us the required information by email to help@xe.com and the team will review this as quickly as possible. We'll let you know the outcome of your application by email. Your new limit will be applied immediately if your application is approved.
