To remove a payment method from your account:

1. Log in to your Xe account and click on the My Account tab
2. From the dropdown, choose ACH Bank Accounts (US customers) or EFT Bank Accounts (Canadian customers)
3. Click Delete to remove the payment method from your Xe account
