Mobile wallets aren't an available delivery option in all countries.

In addition, you might not be able to send to a mobile wallet if:

The country you're sending money to doesn't allow mobile wallet transfers

• If you don't see mobile wallets as a delivery option, it means that they're not available in the country you're sending money to. You'll need to choose a different delivery option to send money. 

You're paying by bank or wire transfer

• To send money to a mobile wallet, choose to pay by credit or debit card, or by ACH
