Our festive opening hours
Our Customer Care hours will be slightly different to normal, but you'll still be able to use the Xe Help Centre when our offices are closed.

How the holiday season may affect your transfer
You can send money in our app and online every day of the year. Whilst most transfers will go through as normal, it's worth taking into account that our offices, as well as those of banks and other financial institutions, might be closed at certain points over the holidays.
When we're closed, you'll be unable to make changes to existing transfers, and you may see slightly different quotes for transfers. The currencies you can send with us might also be limited.
Banks and other financial institutions may be closed over the festive period and this might delay your money transfer.
What you can do to speed up your transfer
The fastest way to pay for your transfer is by credit or debit card.
Settling by bank transfer takes longer than paying by credit or debit card. Because banks might close over the festive season, you could experience additional transfer delays if you pay by bank transfer.
To avoid this, we recommend settling by credit or debit card.
