If you hold a business account with multiple users who have different access rights, a trade may need to be authorised before it can be completed. 

For example, if an inputter with dealing rights creates a contract, a user with Authoriser or Admin rights will need to log in to the account under their user and authorise the trade. 
 

To authorise a trade, you should follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate and click on Balances & Payments
3. Select the tab Payments to be authorised
4. This tab will show the contract that needs authorising. 
5. Authorise the transfer.
