Corporate customers can plan future transfers and fund them from balances with the scheduled payments feature.
To schedule a payment:
- In your Xe account online, click New Transaction and then Schedule a payment
- Choose your recipient from the Select recipient dropdown.
- Note that you'll only be able to choose recipients whose currency matches an available balance in your account. Once you select your recipient, the currency will auto-fill.
- Click Add recipients to add multiple recipients. Learn more.
- Enter the amount you want to send in the You sell field. If this amount exceeds the amount in your balance, you'll be able to add money before the payment date to ensure your transfer is sent.
- Enter the payment date in the Select date field. You can't schedule a payment for today or on the weekend.
- Enter the reason for your transfer
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Schedule.
To cancel a scheduled payment
You can cancel a scheduled payment any time up until the transfer’s scheduled date.
Log in to your Xe account online and select Transactions from the left-hand menu.
Find the scheduled payment you want to cancel and click Details.
Select Cancel transaction.
Confirm that you want to cancel the scheduled payment.
Scheduled payments will be automatically cancelled on the payment date if payment hasn’t been received.
