The duration of each task may change depending on special requirements. We'll discuss your specific requirements, and any additional time needed to accommodate them, at the project kick-off.

*All of our installations are carried out by BTerrell, our implementation partner.
Implementation workflow
1. Project kick-off (emails/meetings):
- Xe team sends pre-implementation list to client.
2. Pre-implementation preparation:
- Client provides information based on pre-implementation list
3. Product installation:
- Xe development team setup the product in sandbox/testing environment.
4. Configuration:
- Client is expected to login to Sage Intacct environment and share screen with Xe
team during the configuration.
5. Training:
- Client is expected to login to Sage Intacct environment and share screen with Xe team
during the training. - Client is expected to have the following items ready for the training:
- Intacct sandbox logins for all participants
- Intacct permissions for Vendors, Cash Management, AP Bills and Pay Bills, and Xe Global Business Payments, etc.
- Xe sandbox login account credentials
- A few Vendors' payment information setup in Xe Global Business Payments tab on Vendor
- Clearing checking account setup for FX transactions in Cash Management
6. Customer testing (sandbox/testing environment):
- The client will conduct sufficient testing in the sandbox/testing environment.
7. Move to Production environment:
- When testing is complete, the Xe team will move the Xe Global Business Payments to the production environment.
- Client will then run penny value testing in the production environment.
8. Client testing (production environment):
- Client will then run penny/small value testing in production environment.
9. Go-Live
10. Post go-live support (weekly meetings):
- Xe team will setup weekly meetings with the client on any support issues/improvements.
