Please follow the steps below to add a recipient to your account, depending on whether you're using the new version or previous version of our site.
Customers using the new version of our website:
- Log in to your Xe account
- From the sidebar, choose Recipients
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the recipient you want to edit
- Click View
- Click the pencil icon to the recipient's details (their name) or their bank details
- Click Save and update
Customers using the previous version of our website:
- In your Xe account, choose the Recipients tab
- Click on the recipient you want to change followed by View/edit Recipient
- You can edit the fields below:
- The Recipient’s name
- Whether it is or isn’t a business account
- Your recipient’s bank details
- Your payment reference and nickname for this recipient
- The recipient’s email address
- Click Save Recipient
You can't change a recipient's currency or country. Instead, please delete the recipient and add them again with the new currency or country.
