Please follow the steps below to delete a recipient from your account, depending on whether you're using the new version or previous version of our site.

Customers using the new version of our website:

1. Log in to your Xe account
2. From the sidebar, choose Recipients
3. Click on the three vertical dots next to the recipient you want to remove
4. Click Delete
5. Confirm that you want to delete the recipient

Customers using the previous version of our website:

1. In your Xe account, choose the Recipients tab
2. Click on the recipient you want to remove, followed by View/edit Recipient
    
3. Click Delete Recipient
