Your contract (or transfer reference) number is in your transfer confirmation email. You can also find it in the app and online. 

It begins with a 'C' and looks like this: C01234567.

To find your contract number in the Xe app:

1. Click Activity in the Xe app 
2. Click on the transfer
3. Your transfer reference number will show at the top of the screen

To find your contract number online: 

1. Choose Activity from the sidebar
2. Click on the transfer
3. Click on the Details tab
4. You'll see your contract number in the Your reference field
