You can access your contract note (sometimes called your receipt) in your account in the Xe app or online.

We'll send your contract note to you by email when you've completed your transfer. If you're paying by bank or wire transfer, you'll find our bank details in your contract note.

To view your contract note in the Xe app:

1. Sign in to your account and click Transfers
2. Choose your money transfer from the list
3. Click on the info icon in the top right-hand corner
4. Click Download PDF

To view your contract note in your account on Xe.com:

1. Log in to your account and click Activity
2. Click on your money transfer
3. Open the Details tab
4. Click Download in the Receipt field
