This article shows you how to add a recipient to an existing transfer which will be delivered to a bank account.
You may want to follow the steps in this article if we've removed a recipient from an in progress transfer for you. We would do this if you needed to change your recipient's details after your transfer had been confirmed.
To add a recipient to an existing transfer on the Xe website:
- Log in to your Xe account online (you can't add a recipient in your account in the Xe app)
- Choose Activity
- Click Provide info next to the transfer you're adding a recipient to
- In the transfer summary timeline, click Provide info
- Add a new recipient or choose an existing recipient
- Once you've added your recipient, follow the steps on screen to Review your transfer and complete the Verification process, if necessary
