Don't see the recipient you want on the 'Recipients' screen? Check that:
- the currency of their bank account matches the currency you're sending
- the delivery option that you've chosen is the same as the one assigned to your recipient
When you're sending money, the recipients screen will only show recipients where the currency and delivery options match the transfer you're sending. If you need to make a change to your current transfer, go back to the currency conversion step.
Return to the currency conversion step
Click the back arrow in the left-hand corner and clear the information in the 'You send' and 'Recipient gets' fields.
You only need to complete one of these fields (the other will populate automatically):
'You send' is how much you're sending in your home currency. We'll show you how much your recipient will receive in their currency in the 'Recipient gets' field.
- 'Recipient gets' is the amount your recipient receives. Complete this field first if you're paying a bill or want to send a specific amount in another currency. We'll then calculate the cost of this amount in your home currency and populate the 'You send' field for you.
