If your bank converts your money when sending it to us, it is likely that your payment will be converted again when it reaches our account. Please note that this is beyond Xe's control. It may may result in there being a shortfall when your transfer's received.
If this happens, you'll need to speak to your bank to inform them that they acted against your will by converting the currency.
