Follow the steps below to change your business account password:
- Log in to your account with your existing password
- From the My Account tab choose Login Details
- Under Password click Edit
- You'll need to enter your current password and then choose a new one
- Click Update password to save your new password
Some customers in the UK and in Europe will have access to their account on the new version of our website. If you are one of these customers, please follow the steps below to change your password. |
- Log in to your account
- Click on the dropdown next to the profile icon in the top right-corner of the screen
- Choose Settings
- Click on the pencil icon next to password
- Enter your current password followed by your new password
- Click Change password
