Where can I send this currency?
To find out which countries you can send this currency to, open the Send money screen in the app or online.
Choose your destination country first and all available currencies will show in the drop-down currency menu.
What recipient details do I need?
Information we need from you may vary, depending on the country it is being sent to. For sending MAD to Morocco, we will require:
- Your recipient’s name
- Your recipient’s address
- Your recipient’s relevé d’identité bancaire (RIB)
- Your recipient’s sort code
- Your recipient’s bank name and address
This will be the same for a recipient which is a business.
| Important! Your recipient's RIB is different from an IBAN. It's a 24-digit code that begins with a 3-digit bank code, followed by a branch code (3–8 digits), an account number (11–16 digits), and ends with a RIB key (2-digit). |

From this point, it usually takes 1-4 working days for the funds to arrive. This can vary depending on the recipients bank.
