- your account is inactive.
- we closed your account for another reason.
We don't have up-to-date information about your business
We periodically review the information we hold about our customers. If we find that your account information isn’t up to date, we’ll contact you and ask you to provide the information we need.
If we don’t hear from you within the timeframe specified in the email, we will restrict your account.
Your account is inactive
If your account has been inactive for a period of time, we'll contact you and ask if you'd like to keep your account open. If we don't hear from you, we will restrict your account.
We closed your account for another reason
We sometimes make a business decision to close your account. Unfortunately, we can’t tell you why we have closed your account.
If you have any pending transfers, these will be cancelled and the money returned to you.
