Our bank details are in your contract note. You can also find them on the Activity screen in your online account or on the app.  

We'll only provide our bank details once your transfer has been confirmed. Please don't send payment before you've received this confirmation - it might delay your transfer. 
 

Where you'll find our bank details on your contract note 

You'll find our bank details in the Payment Required from You section of your contract note (the 'receipt' for your transfer).

We’ll send your contract note to you by email (check your junk folder, just in case) when you've completed your transfer. This email will tell you how to pay by bank or wire transfer and will include your contract note.  

You can make payment by telephone banking, online banking or in a bank branch.

To find our bank details in the Xe app:

1. Click on Transfers
2. Choose your transfer. It will be In Progress as we'll be waiting for your bank transfer.
3. You’ll be able to view our bank details, as well as steps which explain how to pay by bank transfer

To find our bank details in your account on our website:

1. Click on Activity
2. Click Details next to the transfer where action is required
3. In Your actions click See Xe's bank details and our bank account details will show
