We’ll send our bank details to you by email once you’ve confirmed your transfer so that you can pay by bank or wire transfer.
You'll also find the bank details in your contract note. Customers with personal Xe accounts can also see them in their online account or on the app.
Please don't send money to our bank account before you've booked your transfer. This could cause your transfer to be delayed. |
Where you'll find our bank details on your contract note
You'll find our bank details in the Payment Required from You section of your contract note (the 'receipt' for your transfer).
We’ll send your contract note to you by email (check your junk folder, just in case) when you've completed your transfer. This email will tell you how to pay by bank or wire transfer and will include your contract note.
You can make payment by telephone banking, online banking or in a bank branch.

To find our bank details in the Xe app:
- Click on Track
- Choose your transfer. It will be In Progress as we'll be waiting for your bank transfer.
- You’ll be directed to view our bank details and be will see how to pay by bank transfer

- Click on Activity
- Click Details next to the transfer where action is required
- In Your actions click See Xe's bank details and our bank account details will show
