When you add a new Vendor, its useful to validate their details before you make a payment, to make sure that you don't run into any issues when you came to make payment with Xe.

To validate a Vendor's details:

1. Search for Vendors
2. Select the Vendor you want to validate
3. Choose Xe from the Menu at the top
4. Click Validate with Xe
5. If the Vendor's information is completed, you'll see a message Successfully validated the details at the top of the page.
6. If there's an error with the vendor's details, a pop-up message will explain what to fix
