To map / link the balance account in Business Central to the bank account configured on Xe:

In Business Central, click Xe Payments followed by Xe Money Transfer Settings

To add a new line, click the pencil icon at the top of the screen

In the Direct Debit Account Code field, choose the Xe account you’d like to link

In the Balance Account Number field, choose the Business Central balance account that you’re linking the Xe account to
- Click the pencil icon again to finish
Things to know:

The currencies of the accounts you’re linking must be the same
-
A balance account can only be linked to one account in Xe (and vice versa)
