Cancel your cash pickup transfer in the app or in your online account after it's been confirmed (but before it's been collected) by following the steps below.
To cancel a cash pickup transfer:
- Click Track in the Xe app or Activity in your account online
- Now choose the cash pickup transfer you want to cancel
- Click Edit your transfer at the bottom of the page
- Click Cancel transfer in the pop-up message
- Your transfer should show as Cancelled on the confirmation screen
