Cancel your cash pickup transfer in the app or in your online account after it's been confirmed (but before it's been collected) by following the steps below. 

To cancel a cash pickup transfer:

1. Click Activity in the Xe app and in your account online 
2. Now choose the cash pickup transfer you want to cancel 
3. Click Edit your transfer at the bottom of the page
4. Click Cancel transfer in the pop-up message 
5. Your transfer should show as Cancelled on the confirmation screen
