You can delete a recipient from your Xe account in the app or in your account online.
To delete a recipient from your account in the Xe app:
- Click on the Profile icon
- Click Recipients
- Click on the recipient you want to delete
- Click Edit in the top right-hand corner
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete
- Click OK to confirm you want to delete the recipient
To delete a recipient from your account online:
- Log in to your Xe account
- From the sidebar, choose Recipients
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the recipient you want to delete
- Click Delete
- Click Yes, delete to confirm you want to remove the recipient
