You can track your cash pickup transfer in the Xe app and in your account on the website.
To track your cash pickup transfer in the app:
- Open the Track screen in your app
- Click on the transfer you want to track to see what stage your cash pickup is at
To track your cash pickup transfer on the Xe website:
- In your Xe account, click on the Activity screen
- Choose the transfer you're tracking and click Details where you'll see your cash pickup Timeline
From here, you’ll also be able to edit or cancel your transfer - as long as it has not been collected by your recipient.
