Following the status of your transfer couldn’t be easier.
Simply open the Xe app, and go to the Track screen.
From here, you’ll be able to find your recent transactions - including those which have been completed and those which have been cancelled.
For greater detail, click on the transfer you’re interested in. You’ll then see exactly what stage your cash pickup transfer is at.
From here, you’ll also be able to edit or cancel your transfer - as long as it has not been collected by your recipient.
