How long will the review take?
Transfer reviews take between 1 and 4 days. It might take longer if we need more information from you. The specifics of your transfer might also mean that these checks take a little more time.
We know that unexpected transfer delays are frustrating. We’ll do everything we can to get your money moving as quickly as possible.
What do I need to do?
We'll email you if there's anything that we need from you, so keep an eye on your inbox.
If you don’t hear from us, you don’t need to do anything. Rest assured that we’ll get your transfer on its way as soon as we can.
