Where can I send this currency?
You'll find a list of countries you can send this currency to when you reach the recipients stage of the sending money process.
In the app, you'll find this drop down list under the 'Select a country' field when you complete the 'Recipient's bank' page.
On the website, you'll find this under the 'Location of bank' field in the 'Recipient' section of the process.
If your country of choice is not displayed in the drop down, it means we cannot send to this country.
What recipient details do I need?
Information may vary, depending on the country it is being sent to. For sending ZAR to South Africa, we will require:
- Recipient’s name, email and address
- Recipient’s contact number
- Recipient’s account number
- Recipient’s BIC/Swift, and
- Recipient’s bank name and address
This will be the same for a recipient which is a business.
