We’ve got many bank accounts located across the world, but we’ll only give you the details you need when sending your money to avoid any confusion.
We’ll email you with all the details of your money transfer once you’ve completed your transaction.

Our bank details on your contract note
Your contract note is your agreement with us. It’s what some people may refer to as a receipt for your transaction.
We’ll email you once you’ve completed your order and give you some further instructions on how to pay us by bank transfer. This email contains the contract note.
If you’re a US customer, you’ll find this is attached as a PDF file. All other customers will receive their contract note within the body of the email itself.
Make sure you check your junk folder in case it’s been sent there.
Scan the contract note and you’ll find a section called Payment Required from You. This is where you will see our bank details, which you'll need when arranging your bank transfer to us.
Your payment can be made by telephone banking, online banking or visiting your branch directly. Payment should be sent as quickly as possible to avoid any possible delay to your transfer.
We recommend using the Xe app to read your contract note.
How to find our bank transfer details if you're using the app
It’s easier if you’re sending money using our app.
Once you’ve completed your transaction, go to Track and you’ll see your transfer is in progress, but you’ll be told we’re waiting for your bank transfer.
You’ll be directed to view our bank details and be presented with instructions of how to pay us by bank transfer.
Within the app, you’ll also have the option to download your contract note, which will contain our bank details.
If you’re a US customer, you’ll find this is attached to your email confirmation as a PDF file. Make sure you check your junk folder in case it’s been sent there.
How to find our bank details via our website
To find our bank details in your account on our website:
- Click on Activity
- Click Details next to the transfer where action is required
- In Your actions click See Xe's bank details and our bank account details will show
