Changing your cash pickup recipient

You can change your cash pickup recipient after your transfer's been confirmed (but before it's been collected) by following the steps below. 

Change your cash pickup recipient in the app:

1. Click on the Track screen
2. Choose the the transfer you want to edit
3. Click Edit your transfer at the bottom of the page
4. Click Change recipient details in the pop-up
5. On the recipient details page, update your recipient and click Save

Change your cash pickup recipient in your online account:

1. In your Xe account, click Activity
2. Choose the transfer you want to modify and click Details
3. Click Modify transfer
4. Save your changes

We might need to confirm your recipient change later on. If this is the case, you'll see a message on your Timeline telling you when we'll be in touch with an update.
