In accordance with our regulatory obligations, we send unclaimed balances of 100 AUD or more to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) after 30 days.

Please follow the steps below, as set out by ASIC, to claim your money:

1. Search for your unclaimed money at https://moneysmart.gov.au/find-unclaimed-money with your name or the Original Transaction Number (OTN).
2. Check that the search results show money from HiFX Australia Pty Ltd.
3. If you used your name to search, record your OTN and print or email the search result.
4. Complete the correct claim form. Either download the 'How to claim your money' form or the 'How to claim money for representatives' form and collect the necessary documents.
5. Follow the instructions on page 4 of the form to send the completed form and required documents to ASIC.
6. Once ASIC has received your claim, it will take approximately 28 days for them to process it.
